Gales Creek Camp is partnering with Cruise Holidays of Portland and Carnival Cruise Lines to bring us a wonderful opportunity to raise funds for Gales Creek Camp. A portion of each stateroom booked will be donated back to Gales Creek. We’re bringing along GCC staff members, who are planning some fun activities for the kids, and we’ll have special classes for families to network with diabetes practitioners.

Cancellation Policy
Group airfare will be available to those who book early.

$70 per guest: This charge covers the dining room team service, alternate dining service and room stewards.

Payment & Cancellation Terms
Deposits
- A $250 per person deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment is due December 1st, 2008.
Cancellation Policy
- After December 1, 2008, a $100 cancellation fee per
person will be charged by Cruise Holidays of Portland, and $150 per guest
penalty will be assessed by Carnival Cruise Line.
- 50% of the total rate per
guest for cancellations 29 - 8 days prior to sailing.
- 100% of the total rate*
per guest for cancellations within 7 days of sailing, as well as "no
shows" on the day of sailing.
