Remember to do three things before your camp arrival:
1. Take care of any outstanding account balance.
2. Update your camper's Medical and Diabetes Intake Form.
3. Share your camper's CGM data with us.
Pay any account balance (or make a payment). Once you log in, you will see your outstanding balance and payment link on the main page. If you need to apply for a campership to help pay your fees, click here. You can still bring your camper to camp if you have an outstanding balance. Please just give us a call or email so we can work with you.
Update your camper's Medical and Diabetes Information form. Make sure their pump settings or insulin ratios are correct, and update any changes to their health history. Please do this before coming to camp. It will save time at check in. Once you log in, you will see the Update Information option on the main page.
Link your camper's CGM to our system. You will need your Dexcom or Libre account login credentials. We monitor all camper CGM data overnight from a central location, but you must be logged in to participate. If your child is on a CGM, please log into our system and authorize GCC to view your camper's Dexcom or Libre CGM. This is an approved use through an agreement Dexcom and Abbott (Libre). GCC will have only limited visibility to your camper's data.
a. Once logged in, click on your kiddo's camp as if you were going to register them.
b. Select your participant and click Save.
c. If you have not authorized your Dexcom or Libre, a screen will pop up and you can follow the instructions.
If your camper doesn't use a CGM, that's great, too! We'll check their blood sugar regularly using a finger poke.
